2. The app

Today, stores what you write and record on your iPhone. It has no accounts or analytics, and we do not receive that data. If this changes, we will tell you and update this policy first.

3. This website

It uses no cookies or analytics. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address only to serve and protect the page.

4. Waiting list

If you sign up, we process your email, the language of the page and, if you tick it, the “I use Android” box. We use them only to tell you about the launch of . Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. We keep the data until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after launch. Emails are sent by Klaviyo, Inc. (United States) as our processor, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
