1. Who we are

By using you accept these terms. Apple’s App Store terms and our Privacy policy also apply.

2. What is

A wellbeing and habits tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace health professionals. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU); in Spain, the 024 line helps with suicidal thoughts, free and 24/7.

3. +

An optional subscription purchased and paid through the App Store. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The price and the terms of any trial or offer are shown before you confirm. Refunds and the right of withdrawal are handled through Apple.

4. Your content

What you write and the photos you add are yours. You are responsible for what you share on other platforms.

5. Proper use

Use for personal purposes only, without trying to alter how it works, bypass the subscription or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts and the brand belong to WELLNESS BRANDS AP, SL or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under the App Store terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. Within what the law allows, is provided as is and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and the app. The current version is always the one published here.

9. Governing law

Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
